Job summary

Badge is a fast-growing startup reimagining mobile wallet experiences. As Brand and Growth Designer, you’ll own our marketing visuals across the website, content, social, email, and sales materials, while partnering with product to deepen knowledge of the Badge product suite.

You’ll move quickly between brand and sales enablement, own templates, and help drive pipeline by shaping messaging, visuals, and campaigns that convert and educate customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing and brand design experience in a technical product.
• Experience owning output end to end and getting up to speed quickly.
• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showing web, brand identity, marketing collateral, events, and decks.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the Badge website: design, build, and iterate in Webflow with agencies and leadership.
• Enable sales and leadership with decks, one-pagers, case studies, and templates.
• Power content and social: blog visuals, diagrams, and LinkedIn assets.
• Design conference/event collateral, booth graphics, signage, and swag.
• Build scalable email templates for newsletters, product updates, and nurture campaigns.
• Maintain Badge's visual identity and contribute to the design system and guidelines.
