Badge seeks a marketing and brand designer to own visual identity across the website, content, social, email, and sales materials. You will shape how Badge is seen by customers, partners, and investors, while building

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing and brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and Pitch.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing site pages in Webflow, testing for conversion.
• Create sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and LinkedIn assets.
• Maintain brand systems and templates, using AI tools to speed up work.
