Job summary

Stratosphere is seeking a Brand Designer to shape and evolve its visual identity across all touchpoints. You’ll translate strategic direction into compelling visual systems and bring them to life in Figma, collaborating with the Creative Director and team.

You’ll work primarily in Figma, using AI and traditional tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining craft and consistency within a fast-moving startup environment. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and logo design.
• Track record of creating and evolving brands.
• Deep understanding of Web3.
• Expert-level Figma skills as primary design tool.
• Proficient in AI creative tools to speed ideation and production.
• Comfortable with classic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) as a supplement to Figma.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency across formats.
• Ability to work async in a fast-moving startup environment.
