Figma is seeking a Brand Designer to establish a clear visual direction for product storytelling and drive it through execution. You’ll translate complex strategy into compelling narratives and collaborate with product marketing, designers, strategists, and motion designers.

This full-time role can be based at a US hub or remote within the United States, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to shape how the product presents itself in the market.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across formats and launches.
• Ability to distill strategy into a single compelling idea and execute it.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy and feature detail into storyboards and styleframes for launches.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, and producers across assets.
• Help evolve Figma's visual storytelling system and ensure consistency.
• Own visual direction on launch storytelling from concept to delivery.
• Push new formats and directions beyond existing playbooks.
