Penta Group in the United States is seeking a versatile Designer to join our Brand Strategy team. You will create assets across digital displays, websites, social media, print, and out-of-home formats, translating client needs into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years at a creative or advertising agency, strong design craft, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience designing for a creative/advertising agency.
• Good judgement and imagination for design systems, campaigns and presentations.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Asana.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Initiative; self-starting.
• Solid presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Motion graphics/animation or HTML5 experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design creative assets for digital (displays, websites, social), story boards, print and OOH.
• Push imagery, typography, color, pattern and texture to build compelling solutions.
• Exhibit impeccable design sense and discerning eye.
• Interpret client needs and understand the business case for each project.
• Maintain awareness of visual trends, tech advances and cultural nuances.
• Look for opportunities to disrupt the visual landscape for great ideas.
• Think beyond static executions to motion and interactive design.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates on day-to-day tasks.
• Prioritize workloads and manage time for short and long-term needs.
• Own design idea execution across multiple formats (versioning).
• Under the CD, see work through completion – QA and proofing before production.
