Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking an Associate Brand Communications Manager to support day-to-day execution of integrated communications for a premium vitamin, mineral, and supplement brand. You will work with cross-functional teams and agencies to bring the brand to life across paid, owned, earned, influencer, retail, and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities include coordinating content calendars, assisting in media and channel plans, and supporting MLR reviews and workflow.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, PR, social media, or related.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of brand creative across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with the Brand Comms Manager.
• Coordinate tactical deliverables with agency partners, including asset trafficking, timeline tracking, and routing materials for review.
• Support the MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) review and approval process by preparing submissions, tracking status, and ensuring materials move through the pipeline on time.
• Support the adaptation and localization of global brand assets, product communications, and campaign content for the U.S. market.
• Help maintain brand consistency across consumer touchpoints by applying company guidelines to all materials.
