Job summary

Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing seeks an Associate Brand Communications Manager to support day-to-day execution of integrated communications for a premium vitamin, mineral, and supplement brand.

You will work under the Brand Communications Manager and coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to bring the brand positioning to life across paid, owned, earned, influencer, retail, and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, PR, social media, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of brand creative across paid, owned, and earned channels with the Brand Comms Manager.
• Coordinate with agency partners on asset trafficking, timelines, and reviews.
• Support MLR review and approval processes for timely routing of materials.
• Adapt global brand assets for the U.S. market and ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain content calendars and track deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal media, social, and email teams on channel plans.
• Support budget tracking, PO creation, and invoice processing.
