Job summary

Macmillan Publishers is seeking an Associate Manager, Social Media Community Engagement to lead day-to-day community management and growth on the CIMA team. You will craft authentic voices and spark conversation around books and authors.

Reporting to the Director, Social Media & Community Growth Strategy, you will collaborate with marketing teams to amplify campaigns, develop seasonal plans, and translate community insights into action across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of social media marketing experience.
• Experience with publishing/entertainment brands is a plus.
• Proficient in social listening and analytics to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community management across brands and channels.
• Develop and grow social communities with engagement, growth, and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with content teams to amplify campaigns and storytelling across platforms.
