Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping for multiple practices and payroll processing.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and payroll systems.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting for Member practices.
• Code transactions and advise owners on expending or capitalizing purchases.
• Reconsolidate accounts and close books monthly.
• Support payroll processes, taxes, and payroll reporting.
• Support up to 60 client practices per month.
• Provide feedback to service development.
