The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online and possess strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a tax or public accounting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online required.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping clients (up to 15–20).
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including transaction coding and financial statements.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
