Qualifications

• Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification required or obtained during onboarding.
• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing roles.
• High degree of self-management and accountability.
• Ability to translate accounting concepts into clear business guidance.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Record monthly transactions, prepare journal entries, process payables/receivables, and reconcile accounts.
• Lead onboarding calls and regular client check-ins with designated portfolios.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages and maintain client process docs.
• Translate technical accounting questions into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
• Execute annual cleanup tasks and assist with tax-related report preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
