Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English Literature, or related field/equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience writing about books, or credible publication experience plus evidence of book expertise through reviews or socials.
- Broad knowledge of the book and publishing landscape as a generalist reader.
- Reads across science fiction/fantasy and at least one other major genre.
- Active up-to-date with new and upcoming releases.
- Strong comfort with list formats and fast turnaround times.
- Excellent writer in English with strong grammar and spelling.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Write list and feature articles in ScreenRant's house style following training and mentorship.
- Cover current and upcoming book releases and book news.
- Stay on top of new releases across multiple genres.
- Brainstorm, pitch, and develop original content ideas.
- Communicate actively with the Editorial Team.
