You will supervise technicians and staff, optimize workflow, coordinate with sales for estimates, manage parts inventory, and uphold safety and compliance while driving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of body shop operations, repair techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
