CarGuys Inc. is seeking a skilled Body Shop Manager to oversee all operations of our state‑of‑the‑art body shop facility. You will lead workflow, ensure quality craftsmanship, and foster collaboration to deliver exceptional service for our customers.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in a body shop, deep knowledge of repair processes, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams, optimize productivity, and champion safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a body shop.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive repair processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with estimating software and inventory systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to maximize productivity.
