Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws.
• Strong oral and written communication and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process complex auto bodily injury and commercial trucking claims.
• Handle litigation processes on litigated claims and coordinate vendor management.
• Report large claims to excess carriers and manage subrogation opportunities.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, clients, and brokers as appropriate.
