Qualifications

• At least 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing/jurisdiction knowledge: auto experience, rental auto is a plus.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process bodily injury claims to determine exposure and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
