Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with potential to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week).

This is a remote, flexible position offering a supportive clinical team and high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role requires strong ABA expertise, excellent communication, and a commitment to HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with active status in good standing.
• Tennessee LBA license is required to practice in TN.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations.
• Create and manage individualized ABA intervention plans.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay updated on ABA best practices.

About The Role

Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance.
This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
