Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a passionate BCBA licensed in Tennessee to join our remote/ hybrid team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/wk) with potential to grow to full-time (25+ hrs/wk) based on performance.

You will conduct diagnostic assessments, create behavior intervention plans, deliver ABA therapy, and collaborate with families while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Flexible daytime hours and a supportive clinical team await.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LBA license (required).
• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused.

Responsibilities
