Qualifications

• 5+ years in BMS/BAS, controls, or related roles.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical/controls drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and commissioning practices.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, bid packages to define BMS/BAS scope.
• Issue RFIs to clarify SOW during bid process.
• Develop costs, equipment counts, material takeoffs, labor estimates, pricing summaries.
