Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Solutions Engineering professional to grow its developer ecosystem in the United States. You will bridge engineering, product, GTM, and external developers, helping partners succeed on Ondo’s APIs for tokenized assets.

Responsibilities include enabling minting/redemption workflows, creating developer docs and tutorials, and representing Ondo at regional events. A strong technical foundation and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related roles (Developer Relations, Developer Support).
• Web3 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, including self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
• Provide hands-on support to partners on minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized assets.
• Create developer-facing resources such as documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
• Foster and grow Ondo’s developer presence in the US.
