Job summary

The Branding People is a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency seeking a relationship-driven professional to retain KOLs and talents, expand our network, and develop partnerships that support our content and marketing initiatives. You will coordinate with internal teams, identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and turn ideas into action, with a focus on English and Mandarin communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking and driving measurable impact across SEA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, KOL/Influencer Management, Talent Management, Recruitment or related relationship-driven role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with confidence in engaging new people.
• Outgoing, personable and professional representation of the company.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Proactive, strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talents, creators, and external partners.
• Proactively identify and approach new talents to expand network and partnerships.
• Lead conversations and negotiations from outreach to confirmation of partnerships.
• Coordinate with talents on content initiatives and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Develop content ideas and strategies based on social media trends and audience interests.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and talent collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to align partnerships with business goals.
