Job summary

Parexel is seeking experienced Project Leaders for its Biotech Division to drive global clinical studies. You will lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality outcomes for patients and clients.

Senior roles require additional experience with regulatory submissions and broader program oversight, across Neurology/Psych/Rare Disease indications, within a CRO/biotech/pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading global clinical trials in a CRO/Biotech/Pharma setting.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional team coordination skills.

• Provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Drive on-time delivery within budget and ensure highest quality to exceed client expectations.
