Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Biotech Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to ensure biotech research and clinical trial data are accurate, traceable, compliant, and ready for advanced AI analytics and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance programs in biotech or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory expectations (FDA/ICH/GCP).
• Ability to coordinate across scientists, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and auditable pipelines.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, lineage, and auditability for analyses and regulatory submissions.
• Define and enforce data policies across classification, access controls, security standards, and metadata management.
• Enable governed data access for analytics and collaborations while protecting patient information.
• Identify data quality gaps and lead remediation across data pipelines in research and clinical domains.
• Collaborate with scientific, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to align data standards and governance frameworks.
• Support AI model development by ensuring datasets meet quality and compliance standards.
