Tempus AI, a leader in precision medicine analytics, seeks a senior biostatistician to design, analyze, and interpret complex clinical and real-world data studies. You will collaborate with engineering, clinical, and data science teams to translate research into actionable insights for healthcare providers and patients.

The role requires expertise in survival analysis, SAP development, and proficiency in R.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Masters in Biostatistics with 4+ years (Ph.D.) / 6+ years (MS/MA) industry experience.
Expertise in advanced statistical methods, experimental design, and survival analysis.
Ability to develop and review SAPs and run analyses independently.
Proficiency in R and code validation, with strong communication skills.
Experience in translating research into clinical and business insights.

Responsibilities

Provide expert leadership in design, analysis, and interpretation of complex clinical and real-world data studies.
Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, Data Science, and other stakeholders to translate research into insights.
Lead development of statistical analysis plans and propose methodologies for studies.
Oversee independent analyses for high-complexity studies and address methodological challenges.
Provide statistical support for regulatory submissions.
Mentor junior and senior biostatisticians and review SAPs and code.
