Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in estimating, project control, or capital management within pharma/biotech projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for projects up to $1B+.
• Prepare TIC estimates including schedules and staffing.
• Validate and review estimates from internal and external sources.
• Conduct risk analysis and contingency planning.
• Support benchmarking and cost database maintenance.
• Assist front-end project planning and funding.
