Job summary

Janux Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President of Biometrics who will lead all biometrics activities supporting clinical development. This role involves oversight of Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Clinical Data Management.

The VP will shape clinical strategy and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on study design and regulatory planning while driving innovation in statistical methodology and technology-enhanced processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical drug development.
• Proven experience leading integrated biometrics functions.
• Strong background in oncology therapeutics and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Biometrics function.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing biometrics organization.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs.
