Knowesis is seeking exceptional Scientific Reviewer Sourcing Specialists to join BRAES by identifying, researching, engaging, and recruiting qualified scientific, clinical, and technical experts for biomedical peer review.

Working within the centralized reviewer engagement capability, Sourcing Specialists build and maintain robust reviewer pipelines across biomedical research disciplines and specialty areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical, life science, health science, clinical, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in scientific recruiting, biomedical research, research administration, scientific peer review, or another relevant field.
• Sufficient scientific knowledge to understand biomedical research disciplines and identify relevant expertise.
• Demonstrated research and sourcing skills using scientific literature, databases, networks, and web resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct professional outreach.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems or CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source prospective scientific, clinical, and technical reviewers aligned to peer review requirements.
• Use AI-assisted expertise discovery, semantic matching, literature reviews, and profiling to locate candidates.
• Conduct targeted searches across publications, investigator information, societies, institutions, conferences, and networks.
• Review credentials, publications, and methodologies to identify qualified candidates.
• Outreach to prospective reviewers to communicate opportunities and expectations.
• Build and maintain pipelines of reviewers across biomedical disciplines.
• Support proactive pipeline development for anticipated program needs.
