Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Biomedical Engineering Lead with a strong background in imaging IT, DICOM, and cybersecurity to guide modality and device integration across enterprise healthcare settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years of healthcare IT experience or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with imaging modality integration and DICOM MWL
• Experience conducting imaging device inventories, site surveys, and modality cutover support across enterprise networks
• Technical experience developing medical device cybersecurity documentation and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Lead modality and imaging device inventory audits, site surveys, and acquisition workflow mapping across hospital and enterprise healthcare facilities
• Direct AE title configuration, network readiness, DICOM MWL integration, and edge-device connectivity workflows
• Coordinate modality cutover strategies with deployment leads and biomedical teams
• Manage medical device cybersecurity inputs, risk documentation, and hardening standards per federal security requirements
• Support radiology and cardiology acquisition workflows to ensure data flow between imaging modalities and enterprise systems
• Serve as liaison between modality equipment vendors, service engineers, and IT teams during system rollouts
