Synthires is seeking highly skilled STEM experts to contribute to AI training through scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. This contractor role emphasizes rigorous problem solving and precise feedback on AI-generated solutions.

The position is remote worldwide, part-time (~15 hours/week), with an hourly rate of $60–$120 and fast onboarding. Immediate availability is preferred to start on the first task within 24–48 hours of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field (chemistry, biology, mathematics, physics, geoscience, environmental science, robotics).
• Proficient in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific, mathematical, or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other programming languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
