Synthires is seeking a STEM Expert (MSc./PhD) for remote, part-time engagement. You will tackle advanced scientific problems, validate AI-generated results, and improve problem-solving workflows using Python.

Candidates should have deep expertise in at least one STEM field and be capable of rigorous quantitative analysis. The role emphasizes delivering precise, technically sound feedback and contributing to high-quality AI training tasks on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in at least one STEM field.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.
• Familiarity with scientific tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, SymPy, Jupyter is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other programming languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
