OpenTrain is seeking a Biology and Environmental Science AI Evaluator to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will judge whether each work product is accurate, rigorous, well presented, and aligned with biology or environmental science quality standards.

This role is for an experienced biology or environmental science professional who can apply technical knowledge to varied materials and communicate quality judgments through precise, structured written feedback.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant professional experience in biology or environmental science.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Ability to evaluate factual accuracy, rigor, and domain quality in AI-generated work products.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Particular proficiency with Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide precise, structured written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Assess factual accuracy and scientific rigor.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Evaluate the usefulness and overall quality of each work product.
• Apply domain-specific quality standards consistently.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback supporting reliable quality decisions.
