Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Biologist to help shape AI biological reasoning. You will write prompts that probe molecular mechanisms, review AI output for accuracy, and craft correct answers grounded in literature.

Ideal candidates have graduate-level biology experience, can read primary literature critically, and communicate clearly in English. Telework is supported and compensation ranges from $40 to $125+ per hour, depending on task difficulty and specialization.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level biology background or equivalent research experience.
• Ability to read primary literature critically.
• Clear written English communication.
• No degree required; focus on ability to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts probing molecular mechanisms, experimental design, and data interpretation.
• Review AI output for fabricated citations, overstated claims and misread experiments, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in the actual literature.
