This role emphasizes clear written English and critical reading of primary literature. Remote, project-based work with flexible hours, paying up to $125+ per hour depending on task complexity and specialization.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level biology background or equivalent research experience.
• Comfort reading primary literature critically.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe biological reasoning: molecular mechanisms, experimental design, and data interpretation.
• Review AI output for fabricated citations, overstated claims, and misread experiments, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in the actual literature.
