Qualifications

• Experience with bioinformatics and genomic toolkits, databases, and scripting languages (Python, R, or Shell).
• Experience with parallel programming via workflow tools (Nextflow) on Linux-based HPC.
• Experience with NGS, omics data analysis, and open-source omics tools/workflows for public health genomics.
• Knowledge of nf-core compliance.
• Data management with SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• Statistical techniques for omics data analysis.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data clearly.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination per client requirements.
• Master's degree.
