Qualifications

• Experience with bioinformatics and genomic toolkits, databases, and scripting languages (Python, R, or Shell).
• Experience using workflow tools like Nextflow on Linux HPC environments.
• Experience with next-generation sequencing and omics data analysis in public health genomics.
• Knowledge of nf-core compliance.
• Knowledge of data management using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques for omics data analysis.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data independently.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or Suitability determination.
