Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a CAD/BIM detailer to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems using CAD and BIM software. The candidate will generate pipe models, manage updates, and collaborate with design and field teams to minimize construction errors.

The role requires experience with BIM tools (Revit, CAD MEP, Navisworks) and strong attention to detail. This full-time position offers potential for remote work for the right candidate and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of mechanical piping/related experience or 5+ years BIM using Revit, CAD MEP, Navisworks
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
• Must follow company policies and schedules

Responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models from project specs and drawings
• Update drawings, models, specs, RFIs, change orders and submittals
• Collaborate with build/design teams to avoid design flaws
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with trades, PMs, superintendents, and shop personnel
• Produce spools, prefabrication drawings, and control documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
