Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Pipe Designer-Detailer to model, coordinate and prepare detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will support the design and build teams to ensure precise fabrication drawings and timely submittals.

You will manage updates to models, drawings and RFIs across multiple projects, coordinating with site and shop personnel to resolve design issues and improve constructability. Remote work option available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• 2-5 years in mechanical piping and process pipe trades or 5+ years BIM using Revit, CAD MEP, Navisworks.
• Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and follow instructions with detail.
• Must meet company policy and be available for assigned schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Generates mechanical pipe models using project specs, drawings and submittals.
• Updates drawings, models, specs, RFIs and change orders as the project progresses.
• Collaborates with build and design teams to avoid design-related issues.
• Manages time and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Produces spools, prefabrication drawings, site maps and control docs.
