You will handle claims submissions, maintain records in AcciClaim, and monitor portals and correspondence, while balancing a high-volume workload with QA-driven accuracy.

The role emphasizes professional communication with patients, adjusters, and attorneys, independent work, and diligent follow-up.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

• Take full ownership of caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
