Choice Health at Home is seeking a Billing Specialist for a remote role (local to Houston or DFW) to manage the full billing cycle, verify patient data, submit claims and resolve discrepancies. You will collaborate with providers, insurers and patients to optimize revenue while ensuring compliance and clear communication.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, regulatory adherence, and driving continuous improvement in billing processes to support patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Home Health Quality Auditing, Billing, Back Office and Supervisory experience.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process billing functions and perform revenue cycle quality reviews.
• Create processes that ensure company compliance in our billing practices.
• Perform regular audits to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Work with analyst to assign values to issues
• Manage continuous improvement projects and serve as a liaison between billers and the agency, safeguarding revenue integrity.
