Job Description: Remote Billing Specialist at TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services

TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) specializes in laboratory billing, utilizing TELCOR's industry-leading RCM SaaS solution to maximize returns for our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated remote Billing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing operational revenue cycle tasks for RCS customers, including addressing payer denials, appeals, and follow-up on unpaid balances. The specialist will analyze and investigate individual scenarios, identify trends, and work to improve quality and efficiency to ensure optimal customer outcomes and RCS success.

Employees may work remotely or in our Lincoln, NE office, with potential accommodations for in-office work. Remote employees might be required to attend meetings or training in Lincoln as needed.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to federal, state, and company policies and procedures.
