Job summary

You will handle self-pay billing, update client statements, and collaborate with payers to resolve denials.

Responsibilities

• Research claim denials and validate denial reasons.
• Contact insurance carriers to determine steps to get claims paid.
• Manage self-pay billing, client statements and accounts receivable.
• Batch self-pay client statements and upload to vendor.
• Provide backup to Contract Billing functions.
