Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to support accurate and compliant billing operations across our healthcare and long-term care coordination programs. You will prepare invoices, manage multiple accounts, and ensure timely reimbursement from payers while adhering to Medicaid, managed care, and consolidated billing rules.

The role collaborates with case managers, patient coordinators, and finance staff to drive precise reimbursements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Over 2 years of experience reviewing and processing EOPs/EOBs.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and other medical coding systems.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of consolidated billing and payer-specific guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Case Management & Documentation: Collaborate to document care plans and changes in patient condition; maintain detailed billing records.
• Billing, Coding & Invoicing: Prepare, review, and issue invoices; assign codes; ensure payer guidelines followed; manage multiple accounts with deadlines.
