Job summary

Pacific Health Group in California is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage billing operations across Medicaid and managed care programs. The role supports case managers, nurses, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing, timely reimbursements, and compliance with billing rules.

This fully remote position pays $24.00–$26.00 per hour and requires 2+ years in medical billing; strong knowledge of ICD-10/CPT; and proficiency with EHR and billing software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Over 2 years of experience reviewing and processing EOPs/EOBs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and patient coordinators to ensure accurate and complete documentation and coding.
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices and claims to Medicaid and other payers.
• Ensure claims comply with payer guidelines and requirements; manage multiple accounts with deadlines.
