Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years accounting experience with billing, AR, or financial operations.
• Solid GAAP understanding and financial reporting.
• Experience in insurance, billing operations, or accounting environments.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with process development or continuous improvement in evolving roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client billing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform billing reconciliation and funding settlements; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable activities including invoicing and cash application.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Help develop and implement new processes and workflows for a growing function.
• Maintain financial records and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations and variances.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to process improvement for efficiency and scalability.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity.
