GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Performance UGC Video Editing Specialist (Bilingual) to edit short-form video content for paid ads, with a focus on UGC and Spanish-language captions for the US market. You will collaborate with remote teams, meet demanding creative timelines, and help optimize campaigns through data-driven iterations.

The role emphasizes high-volume production (50–70 ads weekly), strong Adobe skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Spanish and English fluency with captioning.
• Based in Latin America or similar region preferred.
• Ability to work EST hours and collaborate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for paid ads (primarily Meta) and other channels.
• Support brand and performance marketing editing needs while keeping assets on-brand.
• Create Spanish captions for ads targeting US Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Build engaging ad creatives based on weekly concepts and campaigns.
• Edit existing creative with cropping, resizing, recuts, text overlays, and transitions.
• Develop GIFs and motion content to support digital marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency during fast-paced editing cycles.
• Review performance data to iterate and optimize creatives.
• Produce 50–70 ads weekly (15s–1min each).
• Organize and manage creative assets for cross-team access.
