Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

We utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized therapy to clients of all ages and conditions, in the comfort of their homes.

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to enhance functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
2. Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
3. Delivering remote occupational therapy sessions, including exercises and activities.
4. Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
5. Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
6. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA.
7. Utilizing telehealth platforms effectively for therapy sessions.
8. Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with occupational therapy advances.

Compensation

1099: Bilingual - $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations, $30.00 for 30-minute sessions.
1099: Non-bilingual - $56.00 for evaluations, $28.00 for sessions.
W2: $43.00 - $56.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work (about 12 hours/week).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in clinical or school settings or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
• Comfort working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
