Frontline Group is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote role supporting individuals needing emergency shelter and resources.

You will work full-time, temporary, with pay at $15.00/hour for bilingual speakers. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and have a proven call center or customer service background, plus reliable attendance and a Windows 11 PC with Ethernet.

Qualificações

• Bilingual Spanish/English, spoken and written.
• Call center or customer service experience.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Reliable: 100% attendance for orientation/training.
• Windows 11 based PC required (no Macs).
• Dual monitors required for multi‑program use.
• At least 16 GB RAM (12 GB usable).
• Ethernet connection required for stable signal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service support remotely and connect individuals to emergency shelter and resources.
• Maintain high attendance and complete orientation/training as scheduled.
