Job summary

ConServe provides accounts receivable management and collection services and is hiring bilingual representatives to handle delinquent accounts. The role requires a consultative approach to resolve balances in the best interest of all parties, with emphasis on customer focus and teamwork.

The position supports a remote work model and seeks individuals who are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts with flexible start times in EST and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish; bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from Consumers to determine financial situation and propose solutions.
• Provide solutions to enable resolution of obligations administratively or voluntarily.
• Gather documentation from Consumers and ensure proper follow-up.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management.
• Handle 125–200 calls per day in a call center or remote environment.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets and maintain system records.
• Skip-tracing to locate consumers or businesses.
• Adhere to professional practices, code of conduct and compliance program.
