Frontline Group is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to support individuals seeking emergency shelter and resources. This 100% remote role offers full-time, temporary employment with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers.

REMOTE | Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (FL, GA, NC, MI, PA, SC, TX,VA ONLY)

Start Date: October 15th : $15.00/hour (Bilingual- Spanish). At Frontline Group, we’re hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to support individuals. You’ll provide critical support connecting people to emergency shelter and resources from the comfort of your home. Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $15.00/hour for Bilingual Spanish speakers (W2 Employee) Location: 100% Remote Training Schedule: TBD

Qualifications:

• Fluent Bilingual Spanish/ English speakers (spoken and written)


• Call center or customer service experience


• Remote work experience is a plus


• Reliable: 100% attendance required for orientation and training, no exceptions

Computer & Equipment:

• Windows 11 based PC (no MACs or Chrome Book)


• Dual monitors – this helps you see multiple programs at once while assisting customers.


• At least 16 GB of memory (RAM) with 12 GB usable – this keeps your computer running smoothly while using several tools at once.


• Internet connections: your computer must have a Ethernet (RJ-45) port.


• your computer must be connected to your router using an Ethernet cable for a stable signal.

• Upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher (for sending data).
