Job summary

Frontline Group is seeking a remote Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to assist individuals by connecting them with emergency shelter and resources. You’ll work from home, handling inquiries with empathy and accuracy while using multiple systems.

This is a full-time, temporary role with orientation starting October 15, 2026. Pay is $15.00/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers. Open availability (including weekends) and attendance are required; training schedule is TBD.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English (spoken and written).
• Call center or customer service experience.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Must have 100% attendance for orientation and training.
• Open availability required (including weekends).
